Matebooks now also with Linux Deepin

Due to the US trade war, Huawei is currently trying hard to circumvent the restrictions. We can see that in the current mobile phones that will come without Google Apps and now we are also testing a new way for laptops.

The Huawei MateBook X Pro, the Huawei MateBook 13 and the Huawei MateBook 14 with Linux are now available for preorder in the own store. It is still unclear whether it is just a test, or you want to prepare for a blockade. Instead of the usual Windows key, these devices have a start button (see picture).

Matebooks now also with Linux Deepin

Linux Deepin is installed here. An open source version available on GitHub. In retrospect, any other installation would be possible.

The advantage of these three devices is that they are offered up to 42 dollars cheaper than with Windows 10. You will see if Huawei here is only a test to then offer these devices later worldwide. In any case, it equips itself against upcoming restrictions.

I would imagine, even if both versions are offered with Linux and Windows 10, there will certainly be lovers who would rather buy the Linux version.
