According to our information, Microsoft is extremely busy reworking the last update for the 1903 ( KB4515384 ) and ordered "overtime". We'll see if we get a corrected version of Windows Update next week. One has pushed after a quick hotfix .
That it actually works, shows the list of problems with the older versions, 6 errors in the 1809, 4 in the 1803, 2 in the 1709 ect. pp.
